Order & Acceptance
Order Process: When you place an order, it’s an offer to purchase. We’ll confirm acceptance via email, forming a binding contract.
Availability: Items are subject to availability. We may refuse or cancel orders if stock is depleted or for other lawful reasons.
Pricing: Prices are in GBP, inclusive of VAT where applicable. We strive for accuracy but reserve the right to correct errors.
Payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay & Bank Transfer.
Payment is due at checkout. Title to goods passes upon full payment.

Returns & Refunds
Consumer Rights: Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may return items within 14 days of receipt for a refund (excluding personalized goods). Notify us at ecommerce@hawesandheritage.com.
Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and as received.

Intellectual Property
All content (designs, logos, text) on our site is owned by or licensed to Ceylon Merchant Limited. You may not reproduce or use it without permission. Hawes & Heritage is a protected trademark.
Use Of Our Services
